Michael Scott-SURVIVORMAN

Yea I know when I look at him I do not think Survivorman either, but that is exactly what he tried to portray on last night's episode. It was hilarious! He tried to model after the real Survivorman, Les Stroud. After not being invited to Ryan's camping trip, and knowing Toby was, Michael decided to plan one of his own. If you are a fan of the show you know how much the sight of Toby bothers Michael. He then asked Dwight to drop him off in the woods with only a knife, duct tape, and a camera. His plan was to survive life in the woods for a couple days. He obviously lasted about 3 hours. Does that suprise anyone ? I didn't think so. He returned to the office where he had left Jim in charge. Jim finally realized it's not that easy being Regional Manager. What did you guys think of last night's episode? My favorite part was probably Michael's high pitched singing but that's just me. It is so sad to think we might only have one episode left for awhile.

The Office is CLOSED

The Office has officially closed down production due to the WGA protests. Enjoy these two next weeks people, because those are the only new episodes we have left to watch. Unless there is some sort of resolution we will have to resort to re-runs. I know I know re-runs so early in the season is terrible. Hopefully they give the writers the credit and money they deserve so that we TV fans do not have to suffer. Above is a video featuring Greg Daniels, BJ Novak, Mindy Kaling, and Paul Lieberstein all contributing writers showing their support for fellow writers. Even while protesting these four are still hilarious. Remember there will be a new episode tonight!

The return of Karen?

I was very upset with the return of Karen Filippelli on last thursdays episode. I thought she was off the show for good. What happened to the pilot I heard Rashida Jones was filming for FOX? Anywho, Karen seemed to be still very bitter about the breakup. Thankfully, Jim did not pay her any mind. He's all about Pam. There also seemed to be no jealousy when Pam found about the run in. That's what makes me love these two so much. Do you guys think Karen is going to return and maybe stir the pot up a little even though Jim made it pretty clear he was very content with Pam?

the beatles in scranton, pa?

OK! OK! The Beatles were obviously not in Scranton over the weekend, but to residents of the small town in Pennsylvania, it felt a little like Beatlemania. This past weekend, local fans of the show hosted the first annual convention honoring the show. I can't believe how the shows popularity has reached such a magnitude. I read that over 3,000 tickets were sold for the event. The convention lasted the whole weekend and provided fans with funtivities as Michael Scott would say, like "Office Olympics" and cast look-a-like contests. The cast minus "the main characters" played by Steve Carrell, Rainn Wilson, Jenna Fischer, John Krasinski, and BJ Novak were present. I must admit the idea of them not showing up to the event is upsetting. Are they too cool for school? I really hope it does not become one of those shows in which the main character develops a big movie career and eventually leaves the show prematurely (cough cough Steve Carrell). Anyways, Do any of you Office fans wish you would have caught a glimpse at some of your favorite Dunder Mifflin employees in Scranton?

couples, triangles, squares?

The new season of The Office is well under way and I must say I am suprised at the amount of on and off relationships circulating around our favorite paper selling branch in Scranton. Pam and Jim have finally ended their years of see-sawing and officially become a couple. Though they are my favorite TV couple, I wonder if maybe the back and forth dance they pulled for years was what kept me so intrigued with them both? On to Kelly...I never saw that one coming. Darryl? I don't think that one will last but you know what they say anyone to help you move on. Don't get me wrong I like Darryl, much more than I like Ryan right now anyways. Moving on. Can Angela and Dwight get back together already? Poor Dwight is miserable. I still have hope for them, and I guess the writers do too. If you watched last weeks episode you know that Andy told Dwight that while him and Angela were kissing she was screaming "oooo D" which is Angela's name for Dwight...D and Monkey! Not much to say about Michael and Jan...except she needs a job!!!...New episode this Thursday 11/1.
